Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan. You get full access to all Pro features — no credit card needed.
A countdown banner in your dashboard shows how many days remain. At the end of the trial, your account is paused until you select a plan.
Upgrading
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your plan and enter payment details
- Your account is upgraded immediately
Payments are processed securely. We accept all major credit cards.
Downgrading
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription
- Select a lower tier
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Note: Downgrading to Starter removes access to Integrations and Lead Capture. Your connected integrations are paused and can be reactivated when you upgrade again — no data is lost.
Cancelling
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your account remains active until the end of the paid period
After cancellation, your account moves to a read-only state. No data is deleted — you can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
Billing FAQ
When am I charged? On the same date each month, starting from when you first subscribed.
Can I get an invoice? Yes. Go to Billing → Customer Portal to download invoices for all past payments.
Do you offer annual pricing? Annual plans with a discount are available — email ravitej@askyoursite.in for details.
Is there a refund policy? We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from first payment. Contact support within 7 days of your first charge.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits? Yes — email ravitej@askyoursite.in with proof of status for a custom discount.
Which plans include Integrations? Integrations (Notion, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, Zapier, Calendly) are available on the Pro and Business plans only.
