Analytics

The Analytics dashboard gives you a real-time view of how visitors are interacting with your AI assistant. Use it to identify knowledge gaps, capture product insights, and improve your assistant over time.

Accessing Analytics

Go to Dashboard → Analytics. The dashboard auto-refreshes and shows data for all your assistants.


Metrics Overview

Total Conversations

The total number of chat sessions across all your assistants. A session starts when a visitor opens the chat widget and ends when they close it or become inactive.

Weekly change is shown as a percentage vs. the previous 7 days.

Unanswered Questions

Questions your assistant couldn't answer confidently from your knowledge base. These are the highest-priority gaps to fill.

Tip: Export unanswered questions and use them to write new FAQ content — then add that content back as a training source.

Top User Queries

The most frequently asked questions across all conversations. This shows you:

  • What visitors care about most
  • Whether your content covers the right topics
  • Opportunities for new pages, features, or products

Top Topics

High-level themes extracted from conversations (e.g. "Pricing", "Integrations", "Returns"). Useful for understanding intent at a glance.


Using Analytics to Improve Your Bot

Step 1 — Review Unanswered Questions Weekly

Check the Unanswered Questions section every week. For each gap:

  1. Write the answer
  2. Add it as a Plain Text source or update your Notion/Docs content
  3. Trigger a sync

Step 2 — Update Knowledge from Top Queries

If many users ask about a topic that's only partially covered in your knowledge base, expand that content. More detail = better answers.

A spike in questions about a specific topic often signals:

  • A product issue or outage
  • A pricing or policy question many users have
  • An opportunity for a new FAQ or help article

Lead Analytics (Professional & Business)

If you have lead capture enabled, the analytics dashboard also shows:

  • Total leads captured
  • Lead capture rate (leads / conversations)
  • List of captured emails and names

Go to Dashboard → Leads to view and export the full lead list.


Business Plan: Advanced Insights

Business plan subscribers get deeper analytics:

  • Per-assistant breakdown — metrics filtered by individual assistant
  • Conversation transcripts — review full chat logs
  • Sentiment indicators — identify frustrated or satisfied visitors
  • Export — download all data as CSV
